With over a decade of experience in both the business and athletic worlds, Hugo brings a unique, educator-led approach to distance running. As a certified running coach and lifelong athlete - spanning the ranks from club and high school to the collegiate level, Hugo understands the physical and mental demands of the sport at every stage. 


As both an educator and business owner, Hugo doesn't just provide a training plan; he provides a curriculum for success. His favorite role is helping others discover their own passion for the sport. Whether you're chasing a personal record or just starting your first mile, I combine professional expertise with a teacher's heart to help you achieve your goals.
